Are you familiar with the common "objectionable habits" of Great Pyrs? (barking, digging, shedding vast amounts of hair, tendency to guard people or animals especially the young and babies, tendency to wander or roam, drooling, independent nature?

3. Have you recently applied to other rescue organizations or animal shelters?

If so, which ones and what is the status of the application(s)?

4. List any other pets you currently own or have living in your home.

5. Are your dogs on heartworm preventative? If so, what type?

6. Are you familiar with heartworm disease and the detrimental effects it can have on your dog?

7. List any pets you have had in the past 5 years and where they are now.

9. Do you have any other children or grandchildren that will be visiting on a regular basis? Ages?

11. Do all adults agree on the adoption of a Great Pyrenees?

12. During what hours will your Pyr regularly stay alone?

18. Do you own or rent your home? (Your name must be on the mortgage in order to adopt)

19. If you rent, do you have permission from your landlord to keep a large dog?
